Qualcuno se ne prenderà cura gelosamente decidendo di non aprire mai il cancello, lasciandolo ammirare solo da dietro le inferriate, altri invece lasceranno entrare tutti condividendo con loro momenti molto importanti. un blog è come un giardino. Per alcuni segreto e per altri un parco pubblico, ma pur sempre un giardino che ci piace far ammirare. Quando tutto in te sembra grigio ci sarà sempre una goccia di colore.

I have been practicing lovingkindness meditation for several months now, so when I read an article in my local newspaper about an anti-bullying program that tries to promote kindness and compassion, I started to wonder if introducing lovingkindness meditation into our schools would help combat bullying.

We all have the potential to heal. However, when we become overwhelmed by trauma, deprivation or loss, we are blocked from using these healing capacities. When unable to put these experiences in perspective, a part of us becomes stuck in the past. I believe it is essential to continue to seek training in cutting edge therapies. I love my work! .
